The Challenge

Queensland was going digital—with a brand-new app that puts your driver’s licence on your phone. Cue excitement… and confusion.

TMR needed something that would get the word out, build trust, and help people figure it out without throwing their phones across the room. Enter: us.

The Approach

We knew the key wasn’t hype. It was help.
So we built a campaign that didn’t just say “It’s coming”—it showed you exactly how it works. Simple. Confident. Human.

What We Made

  • A 1-minute awareness video to get people across the what, why and how

  • A series of no-nonsense how-to videos for downloading, verifying and showing your ID like a boss

  • Clean motion graphics, screen captures and voiceovers that even your dad could follow

  • Fully accessible, totally on-brand, ready for social, help pages and beyond

The Result

By March 2025, over 827,000 Queenslanders had downloaded the app. Public enquiries dropped. Our how-to videos became the unofficial support team.
