The Beachmere Project

Stills

Sovereign Homes needed lifestyle photography for a premium display home that would run across billboards and shopping centre placements. Architectural photography captures design. Campaign photography needs to capture aspiration. Empty rooms, however well designed, don't create emotional connection.

01The Challenge

The campaign needed to make the home feel desirable rather than simply documented, while large-format advertising added another layer of complexity. Images needed to remain visually strong at billboard scale, where composition, spacing, and readability become critical. The home needed to feel lived in while still maintaining a premium visual finish.

02What We Did

Casting played a central role. Models were brought in to create interaction throughout the home, helping spaces feel active and believable. Lighting was carefully shaped to create depth, warmth, and consistency across the property, using controlled sources to elevate texture, materials, and architectural detail. Composition was designed with outdoor advertising in mind throughout, ensuring images held up at billboard scale.

03How It Landed

The photography rolled out across billboards and shopping centre placements and delivered a premium residential campaign that elevated the display home well beyond a standard property showcase.
